Adventures in Everbrite (to tarnish, or not to tarnish)

So I am going to be experimenting with applying ProtectaClear to my bronze jewelry as an option for protecting the jewelry and making it suitable for people with metal sensitivities (and possibly adding designs in future that incorporate alcohol inks for some color!). Assuming I like the results, I'm still not sure if I want to offer it as an optional service to those who really want it, or as the default option. I am personally fond of that way bronze darkens with age. It gives it such a fiery and rustic beauty that I think works well with many of my pieces. On the other hand, I have seen that the Lovespoon earrings I made for my mother (the OG pair, in fact) really enjoy turning green. I may make it a default option on earrings at least.

My first attempt at using ProtectaClear never made it past the opening stage, and did not particularly endear me to the product, as it was so difficult to open I ended puncturing my hand. So I have admittedly been delaying attempt #2. I will update here with results!
